Hello everyone! I have been a shareholder for 1 1/2 years now and enjoy reading more than posting. Obviously since this is my third post. My question for chuckd or fff is coordination! My experience with BK(not a lawyer) is that it can be an opportunity for a bk transition team to profit. The legal system lives in its own world (IMHO). I have been trying to gleen equity commitees coordination with current power structure (Bryant). The williness to coordinate limited resources. Time is of equal importance. My fear is that Cprkq linger in the legal system untill all is lost. Time only benefits a selected few. Current management is not prohibited in disclosure of all types of works. IMHO, a willful lack of communication or intension. Not so unusual. My hopes remain with the equity commitee. But only through coordinated efforts(IMHO) will it survive. I believe there has been progress shown to the judge. That is always the key to not be converted or transition team ability to show the judge value which one can covert to favorable comp. I am also one that wanted to show up and would still like to. Any info to commons, to show the efforts of management and equity commitees coordination? Thanks cjb
