Clare. Thanks for your reply and comments. When you consider everything that was " Promised" by CDED we should be near 30 cents a share not trying to get to $0.02 cents. What has happened to Next Genesysis? In early 2004 Cox said in two separate press releases that the CDED shareholders would get a dividend from DtaFuzion. What happened to that? Omni bought data. However, Data did have something from CDED and they may have paid for it but I doubt it. In my opinion they are NOW trying to figure out between Data/Omni versus CDED some type of payment. Will we get anything? Doubt it. Will the PPS of CDED go up because of an Omni payment? Doubt it. I have printed up comments that CDED was going to be a one for one with Kelly and that CDED would be worth AT THAT TIME 12 cents. Will I sell my shares here? No. My average cost is still above the current PPS. I know that investing in a penny stock is a risk but it should not be when that company puts out press releases for all to read.
