I understand the concept of MM passing shares to avoid the 3 day rule. But I don't understand it at this level. There is not much lower to go for them to cover. Is it possible there are just so many shares out there that it will take Billions to trade to make it move?

I bought some today as a lotto play due to the crazy volume.
