Pros and cons,

The pro is then the figures could work for 2004 audit.

The con is Matin has a history of hiding things he doesn't want people to know.

I guess the biggest pro for favorably viewing the company is Miamimice has not convinced the board that this is a scam.

The biggest negative is Matin has not built shareholder value to date, but he has one more bat in the ninth.
