Contact Update.

All, I spoke with TM at 4 AM my time and we're in negotiations. We have options to discuss with the point being that I need control in order for this to work. We have a meeting planned for Monday, same time (about 6 PM East Coast I think).

I won't go into details about the conversation, other than to say it was a very constructive conversation and that I believe a deal can get done. I may have to travel next week, but will keep you all informed as we progress.

I've seen some of the recent posts and would ask we all try to get along. I've asked TM to post a comment as an act of good faith. Although he did not commit to this, I can see why he wouldn't, he'd be bombarded with Q's and threats. I'd ask that all would consider the path forward and let the past be where it is.

Again, we are meeting Monday to discuss options and hopefully come to agreements.
