I also asked about the possibility of a reverse split and he said that they were "resisting" it, and that he is not sure if they can resist it for too long because they have lawyers and financial analysts consulting for them on this topic and that "we will do the best for everybody". He also stated that "In any case the market price is very very low now, averaging down does not cost any investor much now".
These are frightening words to me. He seems to think that there won't be much devaluation of the sp if they go this route. Also the pressure seems to be getting to him to do the reverse split. I've never seen a reverse split result in anything good before. Not the news I wanted to hear.
