Karl, although I am guessing here, I find it hard to imagine that Mr. Quirk wouldn't have had a good "feel" for the actual timeline when he made this settlement, and I also think that he would have allowed himself a reasonable margin to be able to make this 9/21/2011 deadline. In other words, I think it is logical to assume that Mr. Quirk believes that he will be able to exercise all of his tranche one warrants in advance of 9/21/2011. After all, he is betting quite heavily on this.
