He had to have known when he made that settlement? If nothing comes to fruition as of that date I will liquidate half my holdings and move to Vermillion. At least they are showing quarter to quarter improvement on sales while sitting on a boatload of cash. I'll stay greedy for 8 more months while waiting for the BIG HIT!

I believe HDVY will but Vermillion seems like a great long term play?
