Probably because the dividends are worth about $1.40 based on what I am owed. LOL! That is why they really do not mean much to me. Let it ride!

Did you see the latest news on the web site. Maybe EMXC will land a big music deal at the meeting.

Isn't the Southeast part of US in Florida? That's what they stated in the PR regarding the upcoming land purchase.
