But some stores have sales that give 50% off after Christmas. Buying shares of EMXC is like getting a discount. Then you hold it for a while and it goes up and you sell it. Make a few bucks on it along the way. That's what I did and continue to do.
Again, $2000 on a guess as to the dollar amount in dividends that are owed to shareholders. Not much to complain about when we have something new coming along. If the divie money went into purchasing this property, which is my belief, it will be worth it.
