the agdi moderator put me because I was compaining that intro info was dated. They don't do anything other bash

I don't mind negativity since all views are appreciated. both AGDI and DGRI have their challenges.

agdi is just getting start and has a large market cap relative to iDGRI, DGRI has real tangible properties in the US but has debt. IMO until there is some transparency on the debt conversion deals serious money will stay away.
