Castle Creek International!!!! BTDG cancels the transaction with Castle Creek Silver and enters into a new transaction to buy 50% of Castle Creek International for 400,000,000 shares. In the filing http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=42462 there is no mention of what in the world Castle Creek International does and there was no press release.

There is no information about what state Castle Creek International is incorporated in. There are only two shareholders Tamara J. Hunt and TS McDermott. Anyone care to dig deeper?

Paul D.H. LaBarre is an equity member of B2 Digital and a member of the Board of Directors. Paul D.H. LaBarre has had a personal relationship with one of the
owners of which is fisted in the "Share Exchange Agreement between B2 Digital and Castle Creek International, Inc. As such, THERE IS AN INHERENT CONFLICT OF
INTEREST.
All of the members of the B2 Digital hoard of directors have been so advised that this conflict does exist and that being the case Paul D.II. LaBarre has
abstained from all voting in regard to this agreement for B2 Digital.
By the executing of the Board Resolution, B2 Digital acknowledges being Warned about the above and is waving the Company's right to assess a claim against Paul
D.H. I.,aBarre. relate Ito this Agreement. and against any of the parties that are affiliated with Paul D.H. LaBarre for failing to inform the Board of Directors of B2 Digital that
there was in fact a conflict of interest.
