I think people are waiting to see what happens next. IMO they are waiting for either someone to put in some capital, or just waiting for earnings. Once real earnings are reported, the stock will move forward, soon analysts will begin to take notice and watch the stock go from there. I am one of those just watching and waiting, while I watch my energy sector get punished this week. LOL.
