Venture capital has essentially dried up across the entire technology spectrum. Look at CMGI, Commerce One (CMRC) and Internet Capital Group (ICGE) for example. All were formed to invest venture capital in technology stocks, yet all are starving for cash sources.
To attract new venture capital EDIG will first have to survive by proving its technology in the marketplace.
I think that it has a reasonably good chance of doing just that. The present share price reflects the current market assessment of that possibility. I think that the share price underestimates the company's potential.
