The UST appointed the EC not the judge. Our judge only chose to not disband it opposing the Debtors motion to disband the EC.

She approved the examiner only after she as backed into a corner with appeal and the closed chambered meeting.

Where has she stepped out and legitimately ruled? The SJ? The completely inadequate DS? She's caved on every important issue to equity IMO. After that travesty of her POR opinion, let's see where she goes now.
