SPEX - .536 - was stopped out on Tuesday at .90 - Reentered today at .53 with a 30% increase to my position.

SPEX announced today:

Spherix to sell $2.77 mln of shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering to institutional investors

From past experience, these types of offerings provide a great buying opportunity. I expect this to climb back up starting as early as Monday -
