but as you might guess having 2.1 billion more shares in the market then were legal and or registered may have had an influence on the price over time.



To start with there are no MORE shares in the OS due to the Gendarme transactions. The 2.1 Billion shares entered the OS the day that Newton sold (transacted) them to Gendarme. Once in the OS they diluted the pps instantly.

Registering the shares would have zero effect on the OS as the shares were in the OS before the registration or lack thereof ever came into question.
