Not sure why anyone would see it as bad. Why would anyone want a company to fail? I enjoy reading positive factual news about business. You think the NY Times post articles for free? They get paid. Every subscriber pays to read it. If a company wants to post factual articles about themself, paid or not paid, it's fine with me. No problem. If the facts bother some, well, not sure what to say about that. Last time I looked, Exxon is a public company.....They pay advertisers to run adds in print, online and television. Question: Any of you Exxon stock holders angry about Exxon paying to advertise the company?.........crickets chirping............more chirping....................
