If someone has time and need something to do, call TA to get an update on share structure and post please.

I think shares are being held tightly and we soon to move up big. My concern is that I am not sure how the convertible is structured. Most pinks I know is the avg convert price is the avg price of 3 lowest price day 30 days prior to convertion. If F3 is following that and those who hole convertible decide to convert with in few days, that would put the convertion price at around .004 a share. That can be deadly.

If I know that there is no convertion going on by mid Feb, F3 is going up huge as no treat of those convertion at the lower price will come in.
