Just wondering why the registration paragraph is included that mentions the SEC and SEC filings when neither "AGT" or Berezovskoe are traded on a US exchange?

It can't be because of TTDZ since it was previously PR'd that "AGT" owned 49% of Berezovskoe prior to any finalization of TTDZ acquiring "AGT".

Also the PR stated that final agreements were signed for the acquisition. The actual acquisition will not be final until the terms of the agreement are met. Of course, we still don't know the final terms.
