I found the answer to my inquiry about the refiling of Form 8-K/A.

Evidently the SEC found some information on that form that needed to be clarified and they sent a letter to FCPG requesting the missing information. FCPG filed the entire 8-K/A and corrected/replaced just the information requested by the SEC without altering the rest of th form.

I did not compare this form to the previous one but I believe the main issue involves the 15 million shares that Mr. Wang holds and the process by which he can dispose of them, if ever wants to do that.

I am still hoping we get the news release either tomorrow or Friday.

This stock deserves to go higher at a faster speed that it's showing right now!!!
