after? .. try the very day of

the problem is basic
those shares haven't been issued
by the TA yet .. which we have
previously discussed in this very
venue .. they were shorted in *anticipation*
of being *issued* and it *worked* for months

the problem is *specific* to 11/29/2010

what was posted .. again in this very venue
and what *followed* via the computerized frenzy

again .. folks can contact the TA and ask about
the process .. that would be *elson* .. the acct
rep for expo ... one would contact to discuss aspects
specific to the process

but hey .. if one wants to believe that mgmt issued
the shares .. then contacted the NV SOS .. and then
the TA went along (colluded) .. that is their choice
