Repairing the telomere is a bit more difficult. And a bit more dangerous.
I under went soft tissue regeneration this last summer. It dramatically improved my health but didn't cure all my age related problems.

I had lost 95% of the use of my left arm due to a frozen shoulder. I now have 95% use of my left arm and it's still improving. 2 fingers are still numb most of the time. My heart has improved dramatically. I still have spells of irregular heart beat, but it's nothing like it was before the program.

I'm going to keep up my exercises through the winter then re enter the program this summer.

When(if) I get the time I'm going to place some videos in the Ibox.

I'm still trying to think of an appropriate name for the board too. lol
