Well, considering the logo "ez" with the red circle is TM'd, and has the "tm" in the scam site, there is a huge legal ramification. Not only is it theft, but it's malicious slander and def.of character. Legal battles take a long time....that is the sad part of this.
ATHOUGH, it has been said in the Ad/PR world, that there "is no such thing as bad publicity". Think about it. People are talking. The more people talk the more hype is given to ez in general-and consider rule #1- The Bashers Don't bash Bad Stock.
