you can read anything you want into the LOU and interpret the LOU any way you want...the terms of the LOU are quite simple...for both EI and matthews...PAY AS YOU GO...and EI goes first...

regarding the 10K...it has to be filed by 4/15/11 or by 4/22/11 if EI mgmt decides to file for the 5 day extension...

i doubt the 10K will have any star trek, VOF or NWG sales info...and since shareholders have heard nothing from EI mgmt on sales and revenues for the 4th quarter i suspect the numbers will be dismal...probably the lowest 4th quarter sales and yearly sales since EI has been in business...
