I spoke to Chuck today as well. It was earlier in the day and he did tell me -yes- FINS this week and that he would know more later in the day. Now we have confirmation, but I'm confused- Are we getting a PR or just the update?

IMO- Update will do nothing to move PPS.
A positive FIN PR is good for a tick or two- cross fingers that it holds.
A PR with positive FINS and meaty acquisition update is needed to get us back to slapping .0006
