Merck hasn't said a peep about yesterdays Ridaforolimus results. I'm not even sure they put out a PR or Joint-PR on the subject.

Any thoughts on why?

I don't see anything either. I think that's a very fair question to ask. Why wouldn't you put out a PR at least, if not hold a CC, detailing Phase 3 top-line results for a drug you're so heavily involved with?
