Even with your "ballooned" OS scenario the company maintains a market cap of roughly $5.58M. I'll take my chances here with this one in the long term. They will probably raise the AS up to 950M before they are generating operating revenues to actually start making a profit.

The time to buy a company for massive gains is not when they are generating dividends quarter over quarter. For me the buy time is when they suck and underwater from most appearances. OPMG has great products IMO and now with this latest move of personnel they are building the team to make them successful and take them to the next level. Building a legitimate company and product sales takes time and I'm willing to wait it out and buy the cheapies in the meantime.
