Thats a Great point. And I think thats the beauty of this Stock or Company going forward with Pinksheets Current. We want truth. And honestly I have bought many a diluted share and done just fine. Thats a FWIW. If they come out with the right Business plan in the next 5 months I will have no worries entering June.

As you can see STHG is currently filing all neccesary documents for the Upgrade to Current. Last was filed on Jan 13, 2011.

Current Status is comming. I see this as positive News.
