They won't declare what equipment is in use ( they clearly haven't yet ), so what is the chances of an Extraction Report?
When Past Practices are recurring don't they just become Standard Operating Procedures?
We will likely not know what equipment is Operating or when it started for quite some time, if ever.
That's been their Standard Operating Procedure in the past.
What's changed?
Deny it if you like but that is exactly how they have operated in the recent past. Try last year for example.
We never did hear when or what was Operating the first four months of that dry season.
