Both Sprint and GNC are on the other side of the street of where Bravada is supposed to be located.

Obviously the Bravada store can't literally be next to more than two stores...but you are missing the point. The BRAVADA Melrose store is in a high foot traffic area...NEAR other stores that attract the type of clientele that may also enjoy shopping at BRAVADA. Sounds like you are just playing devil's advocate with all of this (construction must be slow).
