I have no risk. I cashed out enough shares to cover my investment (and then some). I was part of the $.025 PPM, so I'm still a long way from losing money on my "free shares!"

Even with that, I have chosen to hold my large position because I believe things will work out for Imaging3 in the future. Like Dr. Polk, I do believe Dean could have done some things differently, but the fact remains we now have a great legal and consulting firm working with Imaging3. Were there errors? Absolutely! Do the attorneys believe the 510K process is the way to go for approval? Absolutely!

Nothing personal, but I'm literally putting my money on them and not you! :)
