The exposure of the lawsuit is limited to $180USD.The 2 radio Stations are value at over $350,000 and are being sold in the Bankruptcy proceeding.As for Mark Klok I believe he has been terminated.
Look up Bebe's Bankruptcy case and you will see that NYMET is a secured creditor of $450,000 along with Burr and Forman.Also look at the Burr and Forman case and see the stipulation of settlement between Burr and NYMET.Get your facts strait so you can profit from it.Or be a story teller and go work at a pre school.This company has over $150,000,000 million in contract exectued which I personally validated through OTC.
