I still think someone is getting a set number of shares, if they where dilluting for rasing cash they could of made the PPS rise at given times by releasing teaser PR's to get this moving quickly north instead of a neutral PR like yesterday, i think they are wanting to give this entity a set amount of shares at the cheapest price they can give it to them for and that seems like what is going on.

They are not pumping this as these blocks that are being sold in form "t" EOD have come on non event days or no PR pump...i really think this is the plan and untill this enity gets shares desired we won't see sportsbook and other things PR'd...If after the big PR's come out such as sportsbook and we see no T's that should prove this point, possible company is buying back it's own shares as well,imo
