The deadline for SKGO and this merger thing is Middle of February at the latest. (they said middle of first quarter at the latest for their merger with Textraw). What I don't get is they were aiming at December 23rd as the closing date and everything has been hush hush for almost a month now. If they were so close why aren't we hearing more like a done deal?
