It is DE-regulated for the most part and secondly, any deals being made with so many factors impacting that change greatly from one year to the next... monthly even, are not apples to apples. Volume, capacity, fuel, location etc. all change the dynamics and have great impact. It is far more complex than people on here would want others to believe and simply saying that someone got a better deal than me is a piss poor excuse to try and stop a project or to try and interject that the rate payer is going to get screwed. That is the PUC not PSNH. If you have a problem with your electric rates, contact them.
