but the point is BLDV released a PR stating that they will begin construction when there isnt even a transmission line in place to move the power from CO to CA! Transmission lines take years and years to complete...all the political aspects surrounding land taking aside...also they never received a purchase power agreement (someone to buy the energy they produce)...so how can they go and tell investors or potential investors they are about to construct something when they havent even got to phase one of obtaining a permit!? or that they have obtained financing? its complete fraud and i have no idea how you cannot see that...
