I received an e-mail from the guy I know that works at the local electric company here in K.C. He added some comments on his e-mail but here is the link to what he sent me from their website. They are building a new plant here to add 500 megawatts and also adding 100-200 megawatt wind farm. They are also going to replace many of the distribution lines. This is for the Missouri side only, They are still in negotiations with the Kansas side. No need to forward this on to CTC, they already know about it according to him.
