Grandylong, in my conversation with John (visit to the San Diego office in February), John reminded me of what was in the SEC report and that NVEI planned on showing a working unit at the Trade Show. He also said "So what?" Company reps would see it work but what really mattered was the technical verification that would come with meeting company specs as laid out in agreements prior to licensing. I left with the impression that the Trade Show was a means to further advertise what NVEI had but the business strategy (plan) depended on licensing and that meant verifying specs laid down in licensing contracts. To summarize, by the time of the Trade Show, licensing based on verification of individual company specs would have already occurred. That means licensing between now and the fall.
