Maybe it's easily duplicated, but duplicating a business model doesn't ensure success in competing. CCME has a unique position than most start ups of this type of service would not, in that it can advertise it's business to billions of bus riders a year at will.. I sure as heck don't know another Groupon-like company, but I have heard of Groupon.. Not to say they aren't out there, but I don't know of it. You can copy someone, but can you get the word out and pull them away from a service they've already grown comfortable with and trust...
