The Cape One Master Fund has sold off about 6.5 Millions shares since their August Filing and are now are not classified as Beneficial Owners with 5% or more of stock ownership.

Now maybe we can actually move with any real news announcement and maybe that is what the company has been waiting on before making any substantial announcement so the move isn't tempered by Master One selling its shares.

All IMO and to be honest I don't think it is going to matter one way or another in about a year.
