IMO Eddie learned this "art business" from a guy who is currently rotting in prison for 17.5 years for running a Ponzi scheme that primarily ripped off Christian ministers. http://www.justice.gov/usao/txn/PressRel08/leitner_sen_pr.html

In addition to Megafund, Stanley A. Leitner was the supposed "founder, owner and CEO" of the bankrupt International Galleries, Inc. --a product based pyramid scheme that sold overpriced, computer generated inkjet art prints primarily to it's membership (sound familiar?). IGI

Once Leitner was indicted for Megafund he immediately turned over control of IGI to Paul J Myer (who was recently found dead in a cheap hotel room while in the process of trying to re-launch yet another art MLM in the Dallas area).

Both IGI and Megafund were later discovered to be "assets" of a much larger scam (see page 26).

EDDIE VAKSER WAS A MEMBER/ DISTRIBUTOR/ RECRUITOR AND MINOR AUDIO VISUAL VENDOR OF AND FOR IGI.

I'm not saying Eddie did anything criminal during his time with IGI. However, this is where he saw the multi-million dollar potential of duping thousands of gullible people via the Direct Selling/ Network Marketing/ Multi Level Marketing world of scamming. Add a penny stock play to those empty promises and it's a disaster in the making (IMO... just sayin')
