The whole shell crew should be long gone. That includes Steve Parent. As long as Parent hangs around, we'll never have a real company. Karl was just part of the shell crew. Every officer listed on the NVSOS should be gone, but technically none of them are gone till that filing is updated. It only cost 40.00 , so what's the excuse ?

Excuse why they haven't filed? I don't know ask the company.
I can't speak of the entire crew from the shell being gone. You obviously have something to say and I am never against hearing news good or bad. I have THICK skin. Just please keep it "real" as there are many here ready to check if you have dotted you're "I" and crossed your "t".....
