Uplisting to another exchange Exchanging shares for new shares proportionate to amount owned say 1 share for every 100,000?
Therefore no reverse split needed - but your equity will be wiped out.
Then the inevitable drop like usually happens after a R/S.
Do you think mgmt cares about common shareholders???
