APTD all cash transaction with bNET nearing 90 days as it's consummation process continues. The latest revisions of 10 Q's today tells me satisfaction of the closing conditions may have been met or being reached. I'm wondering if any further restrictions were added or worked off. At any rate this will be the next big news.imo

As we saw on that mid Aug. day when APTD pps rocketed to 6.6 cents I'm hoping this next Pr will to do the same thing.But this time it will take root and stay over a nickel and steadily increase as APTD gains market share in 2011/12
