kia - you don't know it......
but i've been on a diet of sorts since february - so far have lost 48 lbs - yep.........started out at 228 & hit 180 this weekend
haven't been on the adkins diet, although i know a couple of folks that are, i just told myself that there was a daily limit on the intake of fat, cholesteral and salt - and - with that it just came off
