Well, the cease trade order certainly had a big impact.

Who is stepping the price down? About every hour, big blocks have undercut the ask, the price plummets, and then slowly begins to recover, only for the ask to gap down again. Is this short-sellers?

Zecco is showing 144 buys 51 sells for the past day, and 183 buys and 88 sells for the past 5 days...

...and yet the price is gapping down every hour, on the hour.
