I disagree. Based on the latest claim set and particularly independent claim 26. It seems that 95% of chance is that the application will be allowed (since the examiner cannot find prior arts to reject the claims).
It is normal (if not supernormal) for a patent application to be rejected 2 to 3 times before an allowance (patent) is issued. It is noted that after a Final rejection, they did file RCE (Request for Continued Examination) and with the latest set of claims (see pictures attached), I believe that a patent will be issued.
