I dont know? I wouldnt be suprised if Shell Oil Co. and B.P. were fighting over who gets to BUY BEHL for cheap and get all BEHL`s great 1960`s technology and state of the art patents like the "The Pig in the Pipe" Theres probably a bidding war going on behind the scenes right now between all the BIG OIL Companies. Thats probably why the stock is UP a whopping 50% today with no news!
