I appreciate your insight. No I havent seen the app but will check it out, thanks. My point is this: if you have 5 billion authorized shares, with 3 billion issued, then you announce a reduction of shares from 5 billion to 4 billion but then DUMP into that extra cushion of 1 billion you have to issue, it is a meaningless PR built on smoke and mirrors. It is the ultimate betrayal of shareholders. Shame on them...
